Steve Mariucci

The Detroit Lion's fired head coach Steve Mariucci after a very disappointing year. But was all of it his fault? Why is it that every time a team does bad it's always the coaches fault. I believe it is GM Matt Millen's fault. How long has that guy been there? Mariucci's record was 15-28 in Detroit, but Matt Millens is like what 20-68? Come on now, a blind man can see that Millen needs to be thrown out, not Mariucci. Mariucci had no talent to work with. It's Millen who drafts the players. It's Millen who signs them. It's hard to win when you have know players to work with. Joey Harrington can't count on Charles Rogers to be there because he has a drug problem, and all the other receivers are so shakey. Besides Joey Harrington, their best player is Dre Bly, who has a broken hand! It's too bad the Lion's signed Millen to a five year extention. They are only signing their franchise to five more years of misery.
